Shipping policy

We ship all orders Monday to Friday via Australia Post from our Sydney warehouse.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping Australia-wide: $9.95
    Applies to most standard-sized items.

  • Smaller items (e.g. trimmer line, spare parts): $6.95 per order
    When ordered alone. If combined with larger items, the higher flat rate of $9.95 will apply.

  • Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Instructions

If you’re not home, the driver will leave a card with instructions. You may also select “Leave unattended” at checkout, but please note that choosing this option makes you responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes pre-order items along with in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available.

We’re pleased to offer the following discount:
